Md. Mukhlasur Rahman, widely known as Shaheen, is an accomplished academic and corporate leader, recognized for his dedication to education and his evolving contributions to the business sector. Born in 1980 in Narsingdi, Bangladesh, he spent his early childhood and formative years in the tranquil town of Raipura. His educational journey began at Natore Sugar Mills High School, where he earned his Secondary School Certificate in 1995. He then completed his Higher Secondary Certificate from Nawab Siraj Dullah Government College, Natore in 1997. Passionate about literature and language, he pursued higher education at Jagannath University, completing both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English Language and Literature in 2000 and 2001, respectively. In 2005, Mr. Rahman embarked on a career in education, joining Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed College in the United Arab Emirates as a Lecturer of English. His commitment to academic excellence and leadership skills quickly earned him a promotion to Vice Principal in June 2015, a position he held with distinction until 2021. In May 2021, he was entrusted with the responsibility of Acting Principal, a role in which he served until mid-2022. In July 2022, after fulfilling 17-year tenure in the UAE, Shaheen returned to Bangladesh and transitioned into the corporate world. In August 2022, he joined SK Group as Vice Chairman, where he continues to bring strategic insight, leadership, and a strong ethical foundation to the organization. Md. Mukhlasur Rahman is the son of Md. Nurul Hossan and Mrs. Rekha Hossan.
